Job Description Summary We are seeking a talented Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our business processes, improving efficiency, and driving data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for improvement, analyze complex data sets, and implement innovative solutions. Responsibilities: - Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. - Process Improvement: - Evaluate existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to streamline workflows and reduce costs. - Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and effectiveness. - Reporting: Create clear and concise reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels. - Problem-Solving: Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and propose innovative solutions. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement process changes. - Project Management: Manage projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and monitoring. - Automation: Explore opportunities to automate manual tasks and leverage technology to improve efficiency. Requirements Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverables Proficiency in Excel (int- advanced) Experience in data analysis English B2 Willingness to work a flexible schedule
