Job Description: Consolidate, organize, and analyze the information provided by the client's application databases to create various updated reports that provide figures, indicators, and other data for the business segment Tasks: Analyze database information to identify cancellation intentions and withholdings for the client's business segment Consolidate the information required to provide multiple data points for withholdings and disconnections, keeping records for the current month and providing a projection for the following month Report consolidated information to management and various support areas so that strategies can be planned or corrective measures taken as needed Assign cancellation intentions to the allies in charge of the segment's retention area, with the goal of ensuring effective management and reducing the projected number of disconnections Prepare a report that breaks down the withholdings made by the various management fronts to monitor the effectiveness of the different working groups Results: Establish the monthly disconnection figure through a reconciliation process with a client official, with the goal of providing the official data to segment management Disclose the results of the commissions assigned to advisors through a report that consolidates the monthly performance of each member of the aforementioned group to ensure proper payment. 8. Monitor the various indicators reported in the previous responsibilities to send the corresponding alerts if any new developments occur.
