About The Role Taktile exists to create value for organizations through smarter and safer decisions at scale. We’re expanding into Latin America and building our founding Solution Engineering team in São Paulo. As a Senior Solution Engineer, you are core to our mission of transforming our customer's decision‑making infrastructure to enable them to optimize and automate complex and mission‑critical business decisions. About You You know how to build strong customer relationships with stakeholders across different levels of seniority, including both technical stakeholders (e.g., Principal Engineers, Data Scientists) and business stakeholders (e.g., Risk Managers, Credit Analysts). You are curious, customer‑centric, and enjoy learning about our customers’ and prospects’ businesses and helping them solve challenges. You can plan and manage project scope, expectations, and timelines, managing multiple projects across customers at different points of their journey with Taktile. You are humble, have a growth mindset, and are willing to learn new skills and bring best practices into our business. You are collaborative and work well with peers in Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. You are creative and proactive, always looking for ways to stand out with customers and prospects. You have excellent written and spoken English. What You'll Do Discover and translate customers’ strategic priorities and problem statements into high‑impact use cases, leveraging Taktile during the sales process and throughout the customer value journey. Build demos, support the sales team, and design and scope proof‑of‑value projects that demonstrate the value Taktile delivers within a short timeframe. Collaborate with partners and customers to design and build solutions in Taktile’s Decisioning Platform. Lead proof‑of‑value projects and communicate the value opportunity of a full implementation and corresponding strategic roadmap to senior stakeholders, up to C‑level executives. Onboard and work with various customer teams (domain experts, product, engineering, data science) to solve real‑world problems, writing and testing Python code and ensuring rapid time to value. Work with product management to translate customer problems into product insights that shape the product roadmap. Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools to scale expertise across the solution engineering function. Lead discovery for new use cases and implement them on the platform to assess product‑solution fit, providing feedback to the product team and sharing results with go‑to‑market functions. Ideal, But Not Required At least 3–5 years of experience within Enterprise/“high‑touch” Solution Engineering, Technical Customer Success Management, or a senior consultancy role in B2B SaaS. Technical expertise with REST APIs (design, integration, authentication). Experience applying and optimizing statistical and machine learning models to solve business problems; familiarity with the data & analytics tech stack and workflow automation platforms. Domain expertise in financial services (banking, insurance, capital markets, payments, etc.). Our Offer Work with colleagues who lift you up, challenge you, and help you grow.
