Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Purchase to Pay Specialist with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our finance team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end PTP processes within a complex ERP environment, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, vendor management, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset to thrive in a transnational corporate setting. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, including invoice validation, matching, and payment processing using ERP systems such as SAP S4HANA, Oracle Netsuite, PeopleSoft or similar. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate accounting entries. Support month-end close activities related to accounts payable and assist with financial reporting as required. Utilize data analysis tools (SQL, PowerBI or equivalents) to analyze PTP data, identify trends, and propose process improvements. Maintain compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements within Mexico and internationally. Provide clear communication and documentation to ensure process transparency and audit readiness. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Purchase to Pay, Accounts Payable, or equivalent roles. Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP S4HANA, Oracle Netsuite, PeopleSoft, or similar. Experience in multinational or transnational companies is highly desirable. Excellent command of English (Upper Intermediate to Advanced) is required for effective communication in a global environment. Knowledge and experience in data analytics tools like SQL and PowerBI are a plus. Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders. Results-driven and accountable with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team within a hybrid work model. Work Environment: This position is based in Mexico City, operating under a hybrid work scheme that combines remote and on-site work to foster flexibility and collaboration.
