Product Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate cross-functional teams for new product launches and engineering changes. Create and update Bills of Materials (BOM) for new or modified products. Execute and monitor internal tryouts, PPAP validations, and customer approvals. Support Program Manager in implementing PDCA for safe project launches. Maintain continuous communication with customers regarding developments and approvals. Document and keep technical and administrative project information updated. Contribute to continuous improvement in project launch processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 1 year of experience in Project or Process Engineering (preferably automotive industry). Conversational English. Intermediate SolidWorks skills. Basic knowledge of Core Tools, GD&T interpretation, and IATF fundamentals.
