Work you’ll do/Responsibilities As an Analyst you will function as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create solutions to meet clients’ business needs. Analysts gain exposure to multiple industries while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by Deloitte Consulting LLP. BPO Order to Cash is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of end-to-end Finance Operations processes, focusing on billing customers, managing accounts receivable collections, and applying incoming cash payments. This role ensures transactional accuracy, customer satisfaction, process compliance, and helps drive improvements across billing and receivables cycles in a BPO or shared services environment. Qualifications Required 1-3 years of consulting and/or industry experience. Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry. Advanced English level. Experience in finance operations or BPO with a focus on Billing, Accounts Receivable/Collections, and Cash Application processes. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to manage priorities efficiently. Excellent communication and customer service orientation. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
