Technical Service Engineer - packaging machinery

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technician, he/she will ensure the efficient functioning of our workshop and will support the Sales team in developing and executing their projects. The ideal candidate has experience and understanding of working with welding machines, turning lathes, of mechanic engineering and packaging machinery in particular. This role will require travelling, inspecting, installing and starting machines. Duties Manage the Company's workshop and show room Manage the technical aspects of the ongoing projects, including design, sourcing and installation of parts, defining time frames and pricing strategies. Handle customer service inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Conduct inspections, installation and start up at customer's sites, as well as training & development programs to support customers. Requirements Proven experience in workshop environments or in service engineering roles. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Experience in the packaging machinery industry is a critical factor Availability to travel in North America when required Strong time management skills with the capacity for strategic planning and problem-solving in operational contexts.
