This Business Development Manager role is Hybrid Flexible with a requirement to be in our London office approximately twice a month. What you'll be doing: Support the development and delivery of sector strategy by identifying and progressing opportunities aligned to business objectives. Manage the full sales cycle with discipline and integrity from prospecting to closing while maintaining a balanced pipeline and accurate forecasting. Build strong client relationships and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality proposals and meet agreed targets. Share market insights and competitive strategies to inform decision-making and strengthen our position. Mentor new team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and shared success. Apply your understanding of our services to shape compelling value propositions and manage risk responsibly. What you'll bring: Experience in a senior sales or client-facing role, with a strong understanding of sector dynamics - ideally Transport, FS or SMB's. Confident working independently while contributing to team success. High-level technical awareness and ability to translate complex concepts into client value. Proven ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively across stakeholders. Comfortable advising on strategy and shaping policy within your area of expertise. Brings curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.
