Head of Delivery

We're Hiring: Head of Delivery | Software Project Delivery | eCommerce | Agency Experience Location: Paris (Hybrid working available) Employment Type: Full-time We’re looking for a Head of Delivery to lead the successful delivery of software projects across our growing client portfolio. You’ll ensure that our multidisciplinary teams are set up for success, that clients receive consistent and high-quality delivery, and that our practices and processes scale as we do. This is a key leadership role, ideal for someone with a background in software delivery, excellent client-facing skills, and experience in eCommerce and/or agency environments. About You You’ll be a strong fit if you: Have solid experience delivering complex software projects (essential) Have ideally worked in or closely with the eCommerce sector Bring experience from an agency or consultancy background Have some experience working directly with engineering teams Are confident leading project teams and managing stakeholders at a senior level Know how to balance process with pragmatism and can flex your approach when needed Have excellent commercial awareness and the ability to spot delivery risks early Care about creating a positive, collaborative, and accountable delivery culture What You'll Be Doing Leading the delivery of client work across multiple projects and workstreams Managing and mentoring Delivery Managers, PMs, and BAs to support their growth and performance Driving continuous improvement across our delivery function, from tooling to team processes Working closely with other departments (design, engineering, commercial) to ensure joined-up thinking Overseeing resource planning and project staffing to meet client and business needs Supporting business development and strategic planning for new and existing accounts Ensuring client satisfaction through transparent communication and consistent delivery excellence Why Join Us Work on impactful projects with ambitious clients across a range of sectors Be a part of a collaborative, values-driven team with a strong delivery culture Shape and evolve the delivery function at a strategic level Enjoy a flexible, hybrid working model based in our Paris office Competitive salary and benefits package [c€80 000 - €100 000].
