The Job Overview We are looking for a results-driven Social Campaign Manager to develop, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, and YouTube. The role focuses on delivering strong performance and meeting company KPIs. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across all platforms. Optimize campaigns daily to improve ROI, CPA, CTR, and overall results. Test new audiences, creatives, and campaign structures. Monitor budgets, pacing, and campaign delivery. Analyze performance data and provide clear, actionable insights. Generate weekly performance reports for management. Stay updated on platform best practices, trends, and new tools. Required Skills: Strong attention to detail. Ability to understand conversion flows and analyze data effectively. Very good level of English (written and verbal).
