Plant Manager | Precision Manufacturing | Nogales, MX Barbachano International is partnering with a Global Leader in Precision Fluid-Control Solutions (>$300M USD Revenue) to find a high-impact Plant Manager to lead their rapidly expanding manufacturing site in Nogales, Mexico. We Are Seeking a Hands-On & Strategic Leader Who Will: Drive Operational Performance: Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring production goals and quality standards (ISO 9001/IATF 16949) are consistently exceeded. Spearhead Continuous Improvement: Implement and champion a culture of Lean Manufacturing, cost optimization, and waste reduction. Manage Growth: Successfully lead production transfers, operational ramp-ups, and key capital expenditure projects. Mentor and Develop: Oversee and mentor department leaders (Production, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics), fostering a high-performance, engaged workforce (100 employees). ✅ Qualifications That Will Set You Up for Success: Experience: Minimum 7 years of progressive plant leadership experience (Plant Manager, Director of Operations, etc.) within a Maquiladora/IMMEX environment. Technical Acumen: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial) or Operations Management. Experience with manual and automated assembly is required. Experience with product transfer. Solid knowledge of P&L. Experience managing mid-scale capital-intensive manufacturing operations with 100 -400 employees. Knowledge of CNC Machining, Plastic Injection Molding, or Coil Winding Operational Expertise: Proven track record in production transfers and deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement methodologies.
