Join Our Team as: Legal Analyst Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law Key Responsibilities: Review of legal files and documentation Contract negotiation based on feedback from distributors Execution of corporate Due Diligence Preparation and management of databases Follow-up on low-risk Compliance investigations Training suppliers and distributors on area-related policies Requirements & Qualifications: 1 year of experience in a similar position Knowledge in corporate law, commercial law, and contract litigation Intermediate English (conversational level) We Offer: Superior benefits to those required by law (major medical insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, savings fund, grocery vouchers, etc.)
