Job Description

Specifically, you will be responsible for: Regulatory Analysis: Conduct regulatory analysis on sustainability for industrial sectors and perform benchmarking assessments. Strategy Definition: Develop sustainability strategies and shared value strategic plans to drive long-term impact and value creation. Sustainability Reporting: Lead double materiality assessments and prepare sustainability and integrated reports in alignment with CSRD, ESRS, GRI, and SASB standards. Sustainability Strategy Implementation: Define and implement sustainability strategies and strategic plans, identifying key targets and actionable steps. ESG Rating Management: Manage ESG rating processes, prepare submissions, and develop action plans to improve performance. Carbon Footprint and Decarbonization: Calculate Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions and develop decarbonization strategies. European Environmental Taxonomy: Analyze and calculate eligible and aligned economic activities according to the European Regulation 2020/852. Climate Transition Plans: Define governance structures, financial planning, scenario analysis, and target setting for climate transition strategies. ESG Governance: Develop governance and organizational models to support sustainable transformation in corporate processes. ESG Risk Management: Identify and evaluate sustainability risks, including climate change risks, and integrate them into business models. Sustainable Supply Chain Management: Define policies, evaluation models, and conduct ESG audits for sustainable supply chain management. ESG and Human Rights Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence in ESG and Human Rights in accordance with international regulatory frameworks. You will be involved in projects aimed at defining governance strategies, risk management, and regulatory compliance in the Consumer and Industrial Markets sector. Come As You Are – Your Skills and Attributes: This opportunity is ideal for you if you have: Knowledge of key sustainability and climate change topics, with at least one year of specific experience in one or more of the areas listed above, gained in consulting firms, ESG rating agencies, or industrial/financial companies focused on sustainability. Understanding of the main guidelines for sustainability reporting, international standards, and operational models for sustainability, including the definition of economic, social, and environmental measurement models. Excellent command of the English language, preferably with study or work experience abroad. A strong inclination for innovation and the development of new services and markets. High quality standards and a strong focus on professional excellence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. J-18808-Ljbffr
