The Challenge Currently, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a cross‑functional Topic Team, partnering closely with development, business, operations and marketing. You must be both strategic and hands‑on, and possess a customer‑centric mindset to balance further scaling of our product and maximizing the value we deliver to Wallapop users and the organization. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, product vision and leadership skills to drive initiatives in a dynamic digital environment. What You Will Do Drive the development and execution of the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, user needs and company objectives. Collaborate with engineering, data science, product design and operations teams to develop and launch innovative products that meet user needs and drive business growth. Ensure product quality standards are maintained across all devices, platforms and applicable use cases. Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product development and strategy. Lead cross‑functional teams through the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality solutions. Monitor product performance and user feedback, iterating and refining products to improve user experience and achieve business goals. Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. What We're Looking For Demonstrated experience in leading cross‑functional teams to successfully deliver product initiatives in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to solve complex problems, assess risks and carry out well‑structured, data‑informed reasoning. Deep user empathy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English a must; Spanish a plus. Do note that all our jobs are Barcelona‑based. We follow a hybrid model where flexibility rules. We commit to a minimum of 6 days per month in the office. Each team self‑organizes to decide on cadence and in‑person/remote rituals. Wallapop is an equal opportunity employer. Case Study Submission – you will be assigned a task to submit within 5 to 7 days to showcase your expertise for the role. Expertise Interview – run by the hiring team, focusing on the required core skills and the ability to deliver in a given context. This usually takes 60–90 minutes. Stakeholder Interview – run by relevant stakeholders reflecting the reality of the context of the role, focusing on the ability to collaborate & deliver in a cross‑functional set‑up. This usually takes 60 minutes. Culture Interview – run by culture interviewers, focusing on adherence to Wallapop's purpose and business proposition. This usually takes 60 minutes.
