Team We are looking for a skilled software developer to join our Exchange team. The team is fast‑moving, supportive, and curious, and is globally distributed. We work with .NET, AWS, containers, and event‑driven architecture. Responsibilities Work across our entire tech stack, collaborating on cloud and web solutions. Take responsibility for the quality of solutions and ensure best practices are used to create maintainable and scalable solutions with appropriate technologies. Work in an agile environment, continuously reshaping workflows to keep workdays value‑driven, collaborative, and rewarding. Impact Cint’s vision by working with digital solutions, platforms, and products. Qualifications Experience in software development in a fast‑paced, innovative, and complex environment. Comfortable with one or several of the following technologies: C#, .NET, SQL/Redis, OpenSearch, Docker/Kubernetes. Knowledge of agile and iterative processes and practices such as Scrum, Kanban, TDD, BDD, DDD, DevOps, and CI/CD. Good understanding of event‑driven architecture. Experience writing effective unit and integration tests. Bonus Points If You Have Experience with Java, Golang, or other technologies.
