Could you be the full-time Maintenance Engineering Manager in Madrid we’re looking for? Position within the Global Referral Program Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your maintenance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and talented teammates. You'll be responsible for the Maintenance and Warranty signalling team for Mainline contracts (Trackside). Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Maintenance Managers and Technicians, T&C Manager and engineers, Logistics, Sourcing, RAM, Safety, ILS, Quality), organizing, planning, and managing warranty & maintenance activities, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of supervising subcontracted services and managing team performance, while also communicating with the client. We’ll look to you for: Managing the technical performance of the systems and providing Rex (return of experience) to relevant Service Platforms Optimizing the scope and related tasks of the Maintenance plan Detecting, defining, and implementing modifications to maintained products to improve reliability and serviceability, aiming to reduce project costs and enhance system performance Ensuring updates to the technical documentation of projects Searching for improvements in maintenance operations and performing engineering interface activities Interfacing with the customer on technical solutions All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
