Site Director - Analytical Instrumentation

We're looking for a Site Director to lead a key industrial site based in Montluçon (03). Reporting to the Group CEO, you’ll be in charge of turning strategy into action locally and making sure the site runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with the company’s wider goals. This role is all about leadership — guiding teams (110 people on site), working cross-functionally, and creating a strong performance culture. You’ll also be the link between the site and global leadership, making sure communication flows clearly and decisions are well aligned. What you’ll do Drive site performance and lead execution of operational and strategic plans Coordinate with different teams and departments, even across countries, to keep everyone aligned Keep communication clear and open between the site and HQ Support and develop your leadership team, encouraging ownership and improvement Ensure the site meets all safety, quality, and compliance standards What we’re looking for A Master’s degree in a technical or scientific field (MBA is a plus) At least 10 years’ experience in operational leadership, ideally in an international and matrix environment 5 years experience in Sales/Business Development Solid background in manufacturing, engineering, or chromatography would be a bonus Fluent French, strong English A hands-on, people-first leader who knows how to build trust, get results, and work across functions Location: Montluçon (03) – 4 days per week on site Contract: CDI / Full-time This is a great opportunity to step into a key leadership role in a forward-thinking industrial group.
