Job Description
Join the Marelli Green Technologies team as Site HR Manager (HR10D3) , reporting directly to the Regional GT LATAM HR Manager. This position is based at our office in Amparo, Brazil. About the Position The Site HR Manager will serve as a Business Partner, driving all people‑related activities on site to fully support the business inline with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities Act as a Business Partner, driving all people‑related activities on site to fully support the business inline with company policies and procedures. Support Site/Plant Management to achieve profitable and sustainable results in terms of costs, safety, quality and production. Define and execute workforce plan, in line with budget and volume variation; ensure timely delivery of all staffing requirements. Manage HRIS systems at local level to upload timely and accurate data for recruitment. Ensure seamless onboarding of all new hires. Define, execute, and track training and development plans for the site. Identify talents for succession planning. Ensure performance management process is applied according to company guidelines. Create local actions to support employees’ morale, motivation, and retention; communicate organizational culture, policies and procedures. Track KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, overtime, labor cost, forecast, and budget for HC needs and HR expenses. Define and execute action plans to ensure deliverables according to site/division targets. Implement standard organization at site level according to Marelli’s organizational principles in terms of structures, processes, responsibilities, and skills. Align and update job description and skill matrix according to organizational needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in HR or BA required. Minimum 10 years in progressive Human Resource Management positions. Experience managing HR operations in multiple sites in LATAM. Experience working in an HR Management level role with automotive customers. Ability to work effectively in a multi‑cultural environment and interact effectively with team members regionally and globally. English language excellence.
