You will leverage your deep technical expertise to design, implement, and optimize software solutions, ensuring that they address complex business needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, working cross-functionally with both technical and business teams to ensure successful project delivery. * Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, technical requirements, and goals. Translate those requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions architecture working closely with extended project teams and product development.* Lead the technical design and implementation of supply chain optimization software solutions for clients in the supply chain, transportation, and logistics discipline. Utilize industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies to create scalable, efficient systems.* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and other team members. Ensure high-quality standards and technical excellence in all deliverables.* Oversee and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources. Coordinate with stakeholders, both internal and client-side, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. Use project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) to track progress and manage risks.* Bring deep domain expertise in supply chain management, transportation, and logistics to provide insights into best practices and process improvements. Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.* Regularly communicate project progress, issues, and updates to senior management and clients. Act as the primary point of contact for technical questions and project escalations.* Oversee testing phases to ensure that all software implementations meet functional and technical requirements. Collaborate with QA teams to validate system functionality, identify defects, and drive resolution.* Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development, supply chain management, and logistics.
