About the Role As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you’ll be the engine of outbound growth. This is not a “step into an existing process” role — you’ll build the outbound prospecting motion from the ground up . You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value behavioral health practices across global markets. You’ll test channels, refine messaging, help shape our SDR playbook, and create the foundation for a world-class outbound engine. Success means you’re consistently engaging large ACV prospects and creating high-quality opportunities for our Account Executives and Head of Sales. What You’ll Do Core Responsibilities Build and execute outbound prospecting strategies across calls, email, LinkedIn, SMS, and events. Develop and refine the SDR playbook — cadences, talk tracks, ICP insights, and success metrics. Research target accounts and personas to deliver personalized, value-led outreach. Manage nurture sequences to warm cold leads and re-activate stale conversations. Collaborate closely with AEs and the Head of Sales for seamless opportunity handoff. Track, measure, and optimise conversion rates across outbound and nurture campaigns. Strategic Contributions Provide real-time feedback on ICP, messaging, channels, and outbound performance. Share competitive intel and market insights with Sales, Marketing, and Product. Help shape the culture, process, and DNA of Carepatron’s outbound function. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales , ideally in an outbound SDR or AE-supporting role. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. Strong listening skills and genuine curiosity. High resilience — you iterate fast, learn fast, and don’t shy away from rejection. Comfort operating in ambiguity and building workflows from scratch.
