Project Documentation Support Specialist – Capacity Permitting Support Location: Mexico (with availability for relocation to Madrid, Spain) Industry: Energy / Engineering / Infrastructure Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent. Job Description: We are seeking a Project Documentation Support Specialist to provide technical and administrative support in the analysis, control, and follow-up of permitting processes required for the development of Transmission Network (RdT) projects. This role ensures the quality and accuracy of project planning by reviewing documentation, permits, and authorizations essential for project execution. Key Responsibilities: Monitor the status of all required permits and authorizations for project development. Review, validate, and manage received permits, ensuring compliance with project requirements. Identify critical issues within the permitting process and support their timely resolution. Assist in maintaining updated project planning information to ensure data accuracy and traceability. Perform ETL processes and contribute to improving the structure and richness of project data. Develop dashboards and reporting tools to support decision-making and project tracking. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment between documentation, planning, and execution phases. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields. Proven experience in project documentation, permitting processes, or administrative support within engineering, energy, or infrastructure environments. Strong analytical skills and autonomy in data processing and documentation review. Experience with planning tools, reporting systems, and dashboard generation. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to relocate to Madrid, Spain.
