Now Hiring: QA Engineer (12-Month Contract | Remote) Location: Remote Duration: 12 months Location: Remote Duration: 12 months We’re looking for a QA Specialist who can own and drive the end-to-end QA strategy for a high-impact product. If you’re passionate about quality, love collaborating with developers, and enjoy working across both manual and automated testing — this role is for you! Key Responsibilities Lead the QA strategy and work closely with a dev team of 3–5. Design detailed test plans, test cases, and test data . Perform manual testing for UI, workflows, and edge cases across web API. Build and maintain automated test suites (API, integration, regression). Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and ensure quality gates. Manage defects via JIRA and continuously improve QA processes. Champion a quality-first culture and guide best practices. ⭐ Must-Have Skills Strong experience in manual automated testing for web & APIs. Solid understanding of SDLC/STLC and test design techniques. Hands-on expertise with Postman, Pytest , and API validation. Ability to define/execute a complete QA roadmap independently. Familiarity with CI/CD, Git , and reporting tools. Sharp analytical, debugging, and documentation abilities. Nice-to-Have Experience with Cypress, Playwright, Selenium , or Robot Framework. Exposure to performance testing (JMeter, k6) or security testing (OWASP, Burp Suite). Understanding of microservice architecture & 12-Factor App principles.
