Performance Test Engineer

Hiring: Senior Performance Test Engineers (6 Years) Strasbourg, France | Full-time We’re looking for skilled Performance Test Engineers to lead end-to-end performance testing across complex software and hardware systems. Responsibilities Define and maintain the performance testing strategy and test plan. Develop performance test scripts (JMeter tools from CSI Technology Portfolio). Prepare test data and execute load, stress, endurance, and capacity tests. Analyse system metrics (CPU, memory, network, GC, DB) and identify bottlenecks. Review results from LoadRunner/monitoring tools and recommend improvements. Mentor QA engineers and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues. Establish best practices for performance testing and present performance reports. Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with JMeter . Solid understanding of the software lifecycle. Experience in test strategy, planning, workload design, and defect management. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Comfortable working in an international, multicultural setting.
