About the Job Location: Strasbourg, On-site Start date: End of 2025 / early 2026 Employment type: Freelance Duration: Long-term SOC Analyst, Cybersecurity Your Role As a SOC Analyst, you will form the first line of defense of the SOC: real-time monitoring, event detection, initial analysis, and escalation to the Senior SIEM Specialist when necessary. You play a key role in the rapid detection of threats and the quality of incident triage. Your Responsibilities Continuous monitoring of security alerts and events First-level analysis and qualification of incidents Implementation of initial response measures Escalation to Tier 2 and support to the investigation process Contribution to the SOC knowledge base Documentation and compliance with security procedures Profile Sought Ideally 5 years of overall IT experience Confirmed experience (2 years or more) in a SOC: security monitoring or similar environment Strong technical foundations in systems, networks, security, and logs Proficiency with SOC tools (SIEM, ticketing, EDR, dashboards) Rigorous, reactive, and able to prioritize effectively Operational English (B2) Why Join This Project?
