Remote - Customer Success Account Manager Compensation: USD $6.26/hourly base commissions and monthly bonuses based on upsells and client retention performance Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM U.S. time zones PST, MT, CT, or EST) We’re seeking a Customer Success Account Manager to manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring they achieve results and have an outstanding experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, upbeat, and skilled at building strong relationships in a fast-paced SaaS or service environment. This role involves guiding clients through onboarding, supporting their growth, and identifying upsell opportunities to maximize value. Key Responsibilities Manage and support ~150 active client accounts from onboarding to retention. Conduct 6–8 daily Zoom calls (30 minutes each) to maintain and strengthen client relationships. Provide responsive support via email, phone, SMS, and Zoom. Help clients understand and effectively use the company’s SaaS platform. Educate clients on website and Google Business Profile best practices for local visibility. Identify and close upsell opportunities to drive account growth. Maintain accurate CRM records of all client interactions and feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles. Background in SaaS or digital marketing environments preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Sales-oriented mindset with proven upsell or retention results. Excellent time management and multitasking ability. Familiarity with CRMs (Freshworks preferred), Google tools, Slack, Calendly, and Zoom. Basic understanding of SEO and Google Business Profiles, or willingness to learn.
