Business Development Director

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Business Development Director with experience in B2B energy sales to join a leading IA American Company based in Europe. The company is expanding its European commercial team and desires a candidate experienced in utilities or large retailers sales. Responsibilities: Lead consultative, high-value sales processes with major utilities and retail clients. Identify client needs and co-create tailored energy intelligence solutions. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams both locally and globally. Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and industry events across Europe. Qualifications: Over 5 years of experience in B2B consultative sales, preferably in SaaS, AI, data, or energy technology. Proven experience selling into utilities and/or retail enterprises. Willingness to travel regularly across Europe. Fluency in English; Spanish, Italian, or French is a plus.
