Responsibilities Design and execute strategies for the technical integration of new clients. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely implementations. Proactively solve technical challenges, ensuring that each system adapts perfectly to the client’s needs. Supervise resource planning, optimizing time and ensuring operational efficiency. Act as the link between technology and business, making sure strategic decisions translate into viable technical solutions. Contribute to the product roadmap, bringing insight into integration needs and challenges. Qualifications Mandatory Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related field (Telecommunications, Software Engineering). English C1 level. At least 3 years of experience in project management, client onboarding, or technical integrations, preferably in a B2B setting. Experience managing technical projects with cross‑functional teams. Ability to translate technical details into clear, actionable insights for both internal teams and clients. At least 3 years of experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and iterations for continuous product development and improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Proficiency in project management tools like Monday.com or similar. Nice‑to‑Have (Optional) Proficiency in Spanish, German, or Italian. Experience in renewable energy, energy storage, or industrial IoT. Knowledge of SCADA systems, antennas, industrial automation, Raspberry Pi, IoT sensors, or other relevant technical elements. Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2). Knowledge of SaaS products. Customer service skills and a client‑focused mindset. Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach. Benefits Permanent contract. Salary according to experience and technical knowledge (45K – 50K). Hybrid remote working model (2 days from home). Shorter working hours in August (8 AM – 3 PM); the rest of the year: full‑time from Monday to Thursday and shorter hours on Fridays.
