Our client, a leading company in the industrial sector, is looking for an IT Site Administrator / Regional Infrastructure Manager to join their team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and security of all IT systems across the organization. Main responsibilities Manage networks, servers, and IT infrastructure (in collaboration with external providers). Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software. Ensure data security and system protection against cyber threats. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues. Support users and provide technical guidance. Implement IT policies and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. Supervise infrastructure improvement projects. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Good English level. Experience in similar position in multinational company. 3 years of experience in IT administration and infrastructures. Knowledge of networking, servers, databases, and security tools (firewalls, antivirus, cloud computing). Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset in an international environment.
