PMO Demand Manager

Verisure - Securitas Direct has the opportunity for an Infosec Demand Manager based in Madrid. Verisure Over the past years, Verisure has experienced strong growth with a robust business plan for value creation. The role supports the technology strategy by coordinating IT projects and continuous demand around information security, bridging the gap between security specialists and IT to enhance resilience and preparedness. Job purpose Main Responsibilities Consolidate the view of all on-going projects of the Infosec area Anticipate, avoid and resolve deviations from the project plan; coordinate as needed Collaborate with Infosec and IT to assess criticality and manage trade-offs Understand the current IT systems map and IT organization to address new demand and identify impacted IT teams Manage the Infosec roadmap for the south technology platform Participate in monthly country board; prepare support documentation Ensure proper communication between Infosec areas and IT; route requests to the proper IT area Track Infosec demand and status Align demand across Infosec areas with the team; arbitrate choices and conflicts Manage and track progress of allocated teams Financial follow-ups of the Infosec portfolio Coordinate project synchronization points and resolve conflicts Manage project risks (assessment and mitigation) Review, report and forecast on project budgets, planning, content, adherence and quality Follow up non-conformities of IT deliverables Participate in Monthly Infosec committee to review KPIs and actions Handle urgent topics with appropriate trade-offs to meet targets Experiences & Qualifications (Must) Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Telecom, Computer, Industrial, Electronics, Automatics or similar) 3 years of experience as Demand Manager or Project Manager in a technology environment Excellent PowerPoint management Fluent English (B2 or higher) for international collaboration Experience working with IT development teams in international environments Over 1 year of Project Portfolio Management within a PMO setup, aligning with strategic objectives and optimizing resources Experiences & Qualifications (Nice to have) Experience managing information security projects Expertise in information security Structured, disciplined approach; self-motivated; proactive problem solving Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder relationship-building Autonomous and collaborative with the ability to work to tight deadlines High energy, adaptability and strong written and verbal communication We are looking for someone who aligns with our company DNA and has a results-driven, can-do attitude in fast-paced environments.
