This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in high-level legal research, contribute to complex litigation strategies, and work with a diverse clientele. As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will play an integral role in maintaining these standards while supporting our clients' legal needs. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and litigation strategies. 2. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. 3. Represent clients in court, presenting arguments and evidence to achieve desired outcomes. 4. Collaborate with our team of attorneys to develop case theories and litigation strategies. 5. Provide legal advice to clients, ensuring they understand their rights, responsibilities, and options. 6. Participate in business development activities, such as networking events and client meetings, to maintain and grow our client base. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. 2. Membership in good standing with the Georgia (GA) State Bar. 3. Proven experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents. 4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal information. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present arguments effectively and persuasively. 6. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members. 7. Proficiency in using legal research tools and software. 8. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. 9. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
