Salary: $175,000 - $275,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking experienced Bankruptcy & Restructuring Attorneys to join leading practices handling complex corporate bankruptcies, Chapter 11 reorganizations, and high-stakes insolvency matters. These positions offer exposure to high-profile cases, strong mentorship, and clear paths for advancement. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in Chapter 11, Chapter 7, and Chapter 13 proceedings Advise on corporate restructuring, distressed M&A, and creditor/debtor rights Draft and negotiate restructuring agreements and related documentation Handle litigation related to bankruptcy and insolvency matters Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex financial transactions Why join us?
