iOS Developer – SaaS / Field Service Platform Salary: £60,000–£70,000 Location: Ireland or UK (preferably NI or Leeds area) Work pattern: Fully flexible hybrid (remote-friendly) Our client is a homegrown SaaS success story – a multi-award-winning software company developing a leading mobile workforce management platform used across the UK and Ireland. Their solution is trusted by organisations in construction, maintenance, and fire & safety to manage field jobs, track assets, and streamline communication between teams in real time. Backed by a larger communications group, they combine software innovation with the ability to supply rugged mobile hardware – giving customers a complete, end-to-end solution. They’re now seeking an iOS Developer to join their growing product and engineering team. You’ll play a key part in the ongoing development, optimisation, and enhancement of their mobile application, which is central to their platform and used daily by thousands of field workers. The role This is a hands-on development role working across the full lifecycle – from planning and building new features to testing, deployment, and maintenance. You’ll work alongside backend engineers, designers, and QA to ensure the app remains performant, intuitive, and reliable across a range of iOS devices. You’ll also have input into technical design, API integration, and product improvements that directly impact customer experience. Tech stack & requirements Strong commercial experience in Swift and iOS app development Proficiency with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating external data sources Familiarity with Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and UI/UX principles Knowledge of Core Data, UIKit, SwiftUI, or other modern iOS frameworks Experience with App Store deployment and managing release cycles Understanding of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and testing best practices Advantageous: exposure to mobile web apps, push notifications, or offline-first architecture What’s on offer Salary: £60,000–£70,000 Flexible hybrid working – remote-friendly with optional access to Belfast HQ Refurbished offices (2023) with modern facilities Career development – ongoing training and support for skill progression Collaborative, family-run culture with a close-knit team and flat structure Occasional travel for team strategy sessions and social events This is a standout opportunity for an iOS Developer who wants to build impactful mobile products with clear user benefit, in a business that genuinely values flexibility, autonomy, and innovation.
