Meeting Room Technician 100% Onsite Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada - 1 Working with Crestron equipment and configurations. - 1 years working with Biamp DSP’s - 3 in Customer facing role. - 1 AV Installation experience. What You’ll Do? : · Troubleshoot, repair, install, and upgrade meeting room technology (including Crestron, Biamp, cameras, microphones, laptops, desktops, and related software) · Provide VIP support and concierge-level service to ensure a seamless experience for our clients · Conduct thorough room checks to verify equipment functionality · Collaborate remotely with other technicians for audio-visual troubleshooting · Work with Microsoft Teams Room Systems and basic networking What We’re Looking For? : · Experience with AV equipment (Crestron, Biamp, etc.) is preferred, but we welcome quick learners with a passion for technology. · Familiarity with Windows operating systems · Basic networking knowledge · Strong troubleshooting and communication skills · Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn · Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities Why Join Us? · Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. · Paid training and certification opportunities. · Supportive team environment. · Room for advancement and career growth
