Job Description

Our client is expanding and are looking for a Project Manager to lead multi-million-dollar equipment supply and installation projects. With 5 years of progressive project management experience, you'll thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, collaborating with customers, suppliers, sub-contractors, and internal teams to deliver excellence. This is a permanent position based out of their Calgary office. Responsibilities: Collaborate with project engineers, drafting and production teams to ensure compliance with customer specifications. Review and interpret manufacturing drawings, contracts, technical specifications, and design codes. Support document control, procurement and production teams as needed to meet project schedules and objectives. Prepare project documentation, technical reports, and sub-contractor bid packages. Communicate regularly with customer commercial and technical representatives. Provide progress update reports to customers and quarterly financial reports to the leadership team. Manage multi-disciplinary activities throughout the project lifecycle, including design, fabrication, site installation, commissioning, and equipment startup You bring: Technical degree or diploma in an engineering discipline, PMP designation considered an asset. 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing or fabrication related industries. Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings, technical specifications, and design codes. Familiarity with ASME codes and standards, is an asset.
