We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities As the Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for the successful execution of on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key duties include: Overseeing daily site operations and managing subcontractor performance Coordinating site logistics, inspections, and material deliveries Enforcing safety standards and maintaining a clean, organized worksite Conducting site meetings and reporting progress to the Project Manager Resolving field issues and ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications Maintaining accurate documentation including RFIs, site diaries, and change orders Building strong relationships with trades, consultants, and clients Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will bring: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and scheduling Proven leadership and team management skills Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) Valid safety certifications (e.g., CSTS, WHMIS, First Aid) Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities What’s in It for You Competitive compensation and benefits package Opportunity to work on high-profile commercial projects Supportive company culture with room for growth Long-term stability with a respected industry leader
