Job Title: Business Analyst – Junior for REACT Location: Toronto, ON Duration: Contract We’re looking for Business Analysts to support the rollout of a large-scale digital health application that will provide access to thousands of users across multiple organizations. This role ensures business objectives are met within tight timelines through strong onboarding and operational support. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Client Onboarding: Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, technical integration, and Go-Live support. Business Process Support: Design and implement efficient business processes aligned with project goals. Operational Coordination: Manage documentation, communication, scheduling, and progress tracking. Change & Ticket Management: Handle issues, requests, and knowledge transfer activities. ✅ Must-Have Qualifications 2 years in Business Analysis or similar roles. Hands-on experience with process implementation . Proven ability in client onboarding and stakeholder relationship management . Nice-to-Have Skills Experience in requirements gathering , project lifecycle , and ticket management systems .
