Dynamics Developer

Our client is looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer with deep expertise across Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 to support a major initiative involving enterprise applications, data modernization, and platform governance. This is a senior-level role that combines hands-on solution development, technical leadership, and architecture/governance advisory. Responsibilities Design, develop, and enhance solutions using Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse , and Dynamics 365 . Integrate Power Platform components with external systems (REST APIs, Azure SQL, Azure Functions). Support enhancement of existing applications and external user portals. Provide technical leadership during solution design reviews, code reviews, and platform assessments. Mentor junior developers and contractors; help establish coding standards and governance. Support deployments, pipeline management, ALM activities, and environment provisioning. Conduct a detailed assessment of current Power Platform & Dynamics 365 practices and recommend improvements. Collaborate closely with the Dev & Solutions team to strengthen DevOps, governance, and sustainment processes. Maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and architecture diagrams. Qualifications 5 years building solutions with Power Platform Dynamics 365 3 years hands-on experience developing/configuring Power Pages Strong experience with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI Experience integrating with Azure SQL , REST APIs, connectors Solid understanding of ALM, environment strategy, DevOps pipelines, solution architecture
