The Role As Director / Managing Consultant, you will: Lead major projects and client relationships, ensuring high‑quality delivery and commercial success. Drive business development through client engagement, thought leadership, and market expansion. Mentor and develop consultants, creating an environment that encourages growth, learning, and accountability. Collaborate with Partners and international colleagues to deliver innovative solutions across regulatory and infrastructure sectors. Contribute to firm leadership, strategic initiatives, and operational excellence. About You You’ll Bring 10 years of experience in economics, finance, or policy consulting, ideally in regulated or infrastructure sectors. Strong client relationship management and project leadership skills. Proven ability to win work, manage commercial performance, and build networks. Deep expertise in one or more areas (e.g., economic regulation, competition, market design, transaction advisory, or policy reform). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire. A relevant tertiary qualification (postgraduate preferred).
