Investment Director, Real Estate Private Credit

We’re seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Investment Director to join a leading Real Estate Credit platform and play a pivotal role in its next phase of growth. You’ll originate and execute senior debt and structured real estate financing across Australia, partnering with developers and investors across multiple asset classes. The role will suit a dynamic dealmaker who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment and enjoys building deep borrower and partner relationships. Key responsibilities Source and originate new real estate credit opportunities Lead due diligence, term sheet negotiation and IC presentation Collaborate with asset and funds management teams to deliver outcomes Mentor junior team members and contribute to platform growth About you Proven origination track record in real estate debt or investment Strong financial acumen and Excel modelling skills Commercial, relationship-driven and execution focused Comfortable working autonomously within a high-performing team This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of Australia’s most active non-bank real estate lenders with a strong growth trajectory and supportive, collaborative culture.
