The Opportunity: Center Manager/Director - Maribyrnong We are looking for an experienced Director who can drive educational quality, inspire staff, and foster strong community relationships. About You You are an experienced, dedicated Director/Manager ready for a rewarding challenge. You will bring: Proven experience as a Center Director/Manager in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting. Extensive knowledge of Child Safety Standards and a deep commitment to ensuring all children are safe and secure at all times . A deep commitment to quality practice, compliance, and driving an Exceeding NQS result. Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and team‑building skills. The ability to establish warm, positive relationships with children, families, and staff. Diploma of Children Services or above. VIT or working with children check. Police check clearance. Two references which can attest to you working with children. First aid – CPR/Anaphylaxis/Asthma training. Mandatory reporting knowledge. We look forward to hearing from you.
