Role Overview You are a hands‑on B2B SaaS marketing leader who thrives on measurable outcomes, who enjoys building and executing international marketing programmes. You will lead the marketing function for Truescope, own the marketing tech stack, generate high‑quality leads for our sales teams, and work across multiple markets. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will partner with the CTO, CRO and the global leadership team to align marketing strategy with revenue growth. What You'll Do Develop and execute a global marketing plan aligned to business growth targets Own demand‑generation programmes, pipeline contribution and lead‑to‑revenue metrics Take ownership of the marketing technology stack, including automation, analytics, ABM, CRM integration Drive content, digital, outbound/inbound, ABM, webinars, events — all tied to sales outcomes Collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment and measurable hand‑offs Lead and scale the marketing team — you roll up your sleeves now and build for the future Measure, report and optimise marketing performance: we expect numbers, not just narratives Stay on top of SaaS marketing trends and technologies, including automation and AI‑driven campaigns What We're Looking For Proven CMO / senior marketing leader in a B2B SaaS environment, with experience in US/global markets Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a senior marketing leader in B2B SaaS environments Demonstrated success generating leads and pipeline for sales, improving metrics such as CPL, LVR, conversion rates Strong experience with marketing tech stack, operations, analytics and executing campaigns hands‑on Comfortable working with sales teams in global markets; a partner to CRO/Market Leads Strategic mindset and operator mentality — you can design the strategy and drive the execution Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills Growth mindset, bias to action and results‑oriented approach Based in Sydney; travel to USA and other markets as needed Australian citizen or permanent resident with full work rights Seniority level Executive Employment type Full‑time Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Technology, Information and Media Sydney, New South Wales, Australia J-18808-Ljbffr
