You will be responsible for leading Cloud and Infrastructure projects, promoting Cloud and Infrastructure engagements, building a sales pipeline of engagements, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing junior peers in the practice. Key Responsibilities Lead client engagements and build client relationships to develop an understanding of the right fit of Cloud and Infrastructure consulting offerings to help our clients take their next step. Develop and maintain Cloud and Infrastructure market offerings. Promote market offerings and generate client discussions, leads, and opportunities to achieve Cloud and Infrastructure objectives. Develop proposals, assist with tender responses and provide support to Account Managers and Business Development Managers. Provide quality control and management oversight for relevant engagements. Manage budget and forecasted effort for client engagements. Oversee and contribute to team utilisation rates, resource planning, and proactive engagement management to achieve targets. Provide guidance and mentoring to the wider team that uplifts the quality of deliverables and provides proactive, constructive feedback on areas of development. Develop and provide thought leadership in primary area(s) of expertise and look for opportunities to broaden knowledge into other supporting areas through training, coaching/mentoring, and personal research. Skills and Experience Minimum 7 years hands‑on IT infrastructure delivery experience with demonstrated expertise in: On‑premises infrastructure: Active Directory, Exchange Server, DNS/DHCP Virtualization platforms: VMware vSphere/ESXi, Nutanix HCI/Azure Local Physical infrastructure: Server rack and stack, structured cabling, data centre operations Networking: Switching, routing, VLANs, firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, or similar) Hybrid cloud: Azure integration with on‑premises environments, migrations Storage: SAN/NAS, backup and disaster recovery solutions Experience managing end‑to‑end infrastructure projects from scoping and design through implementation and handover, including pre‑sales technical assessments and client billing. Proven track record leading complex infrastructure transformations (migrations, refreshes, consolidations) that delivered measurable business outcomes. Excellent stakeholder communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences and document technical designs clearly. Strong workshop facilitation skills to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive consensus across technical and business stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients at all organisational levels, from IT teams to C‑suite. Client‑focused approach with strong ownership mentality and ability to proactively manage expectations while delivering results. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with systems‑thinking approach to complex infrastructure challenges. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple concurrent client engagements with competing priorities. Self‑directed with ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across delivery teams.
