This senior role combines Business Development and Technical Recruitment , sourcing and placing white‑ and blue‑collar professionals across construction, trades, manufacturing, government, scientific or any sector you specialise in. Key Responsibilities Source, screen and place technical and professional candidates across chosen sectors. Manage and nurture long‑term relationships with clients and candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Proactively identify new business opportunities and drive growth with speed to market and quality recruitment. Facilitate the end‑to‑end recruitment process with integrity and professionalism, demonstrating value in structured professional submissions and finding hard‑to‑find candidates.
