About the role Reporting to the CEO and serving as a key member of the ELT, the CFO will be responsible for driving the financial agenda, guiding the business through a transformative growth phase. The role requires a hands-on leader—someone who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels. Maintain high levels of financial governance while scaling systems and processes for growth Guide and develop a high-performing, future-ready finance team Support M&A, investor relations, capital raising, and other strategic initiatives Forge strong stakeholder relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and external partners Ideal profile Senior finance experience as a CFO or equivalent in a market facing role in a high-growth, fast paced business with diversified operations Demonstrated experience in IPO/ASX/exit processes, ASX reporting and disclosures Open and collaborative, likes working in a fast-paced, stimulating, and informal environment with dynamic and strong individuals Inspirational leadership style with experience building high-performing teams.
