We deliver successful project outcomes by managing cost, scope, risk, design, feasibility, and programme. Our clients include State governments, local councils, company boards, financiers, developers, builders, governments, PPP Sponsors and tertiary education providers. The Opportunity Reporting to the Executive Director, Victoria, you will be responsible for the overall governance of North's largest Victorian infrastructure project, ensuring all contractual obligations are met, whilst maximising project outcomes to achieve positive client outcomes. You’ll be expected to ensure cost effective project delivery by promoting transparency, collaboration and efficiency. When reviewing your application, we’re looking for: Proven development and delivery phase experience with major civil infrastructure or energy projects within Victoria Honed skills in engineering, project financial management, cost management, and development of commercial strategies Proven experience in pre-contract environments along with spearheading operational activities to deliver objectives of growth, consistent with performance and optimisation The ability to foster a collaborative approach to problem solving, by engaging stakeholders at all levels, and being accountable for driving progress Comprehensive experience of various contract types and their nuances relating to overall development & project management, cost, risk and opportunity, constraints, interface etc.), contractual agreements and dispute management The ability to identify key issues & problems and mitigate accordingly Confidence in making proactive decisions and taking action reflective of business objectives. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence throughout all levels both internally and with clients.
