Chief Financial Officer – Interim Our client is an ASX‑listed service‑based organisation and a leader in its niche segment. They are guided by purpose, using innovation to shape better outcomes. We are currently seeking an Interim Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO for a 6‑month period. Location Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane (flexible). Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, Board and executives, adding proactive value through commercial insights. Lead the finance function in line with ASX‑listed company requirements. Oversee investor relations, ESG initiatives and procurement. Build and lead a high‑performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and commercial acumen. Qualifications Extensive experience as a CFO in service‑based ASX‑listed organisations. Strong track record in investor relations (highly advantageous). Strategic leadership with hands‑on operational oversight. Proven ability to build credible, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
