Responsibilities Lead the implementation of cutting‑edge digital solutions for clients, ensuring customer needs and industry standards are met. Define and agree the digital roadmap through workshops, discussions, and best‑practice advice. Establish appropriate standards for digital journeys. Keep stakeholders and the leadership team abreast of progress, milestones and risks. Support continuous improvement activities. Ensure solutions are configurable for any new or anticipated regulatory changes. Qualifications & Desired Skills Expertise across investment, insurance and retirement products. Hands‑on financial planning/advice experience coupled with a deep understanding of advice rules and advisor behaviors. Strong working knowledge of financial services technology platforms. Experience leading digital transformation programs. Project delivery expertise across large‑scale financial services institutions. Flair for leading, motivating and coaching teams. Passion for delivering customer‑centric results.
