Reporting to the CEO and Board, this position will lead the financial strategy, systems, reporting and commercial governance for the group. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping future growth, improving financial maturity and ensuring long‑term sustainability across multiple service streams. Key areas of responsibility include: Financial strategy, planning and analysis Budgeting, forecasting and board‑level reporting Financial governance, compliance and risk management Leading and developing the finance team and building capability Driving system improvements, processes and controls Partnering with the CEO and Board to support growth initiatives and service expansion Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across funding bodies and auditors About You CPA or CA qualification Proven senior finance leadership experience, ideally in human services, disability support, youth services, NDIS or related sectors Experience improving financial systems and building scalable processes Ability to operate strategically while remaining engaged in operational finance Strong communication and board engagement capability Commercial acumen, with values aligned to supporting vulnerable communities A collaborative leadership style that lifts capability and supports a purpose‑driven culture Why This Role Purpose‑led leadership position influencing real community outcomes Opportunity to build and uplift the finance function Collaborative, values‑driven executive team and board If interested please click the apply now button to submit your resume for this oportunity.
