Base pay range A$200,000.00/yr - A$250,000.00/yr This range is provided by MW Recruitment. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. The Role If you are currently operating in a senior position within another practice and have a strong desire to progress to a partner position in the short‑term, we encourage you to apply. Commencing as an Associate or Salaried Partner, you will continue your clients' journey to business success and personal wealth and security. Your work will have a focus on: Finalising compliance for clients. Tax structuring, planning and advice. Advisory work. Transaction support. You CA/CPA qualified with extensive experience in managing both staff and clients Broad tax experience and practical knowledge in Business Services Be a natural business developer with a focus on expanding, maintaining and managing your own client base Previous experience with APM, Xero, Fathom, Cas360, BLG360 advantageous, but not essential A 'business development networker' with strong leadership skills.
