Key Responsibilities Oversee all M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory deals, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, structuring, and documentation. Manage and develop a team of analysts and associates, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring execution excellence. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their strategic objectives and delivering tailored financial solutions. Identify new opportunities, lead client pitches, and contribute to growing the firm’s deal pipeline. Provide clients with market insights, financial recommendations, and transaction strategies. Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market movements to offer informed advice to clients and internal teams. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance its reputation and expand professional connections. Who We’re Looking For Proven track record of executing complex transactions within a boutique or bulge bracket investment bank, ideally covering the Australian market. Experience managing teams, mentoring junior professionals, and fostering a culture of excellence. Deep knowledge of financial modelling, valuation techniques, and deal execution. Ability to source and cultivate client relationships, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Confidently engage with senior executives, investors, and key stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities with a commercial mindset. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA or CFA are highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while ensuring high-quality execution under tight deadlines. Why Join This Firm?
